2.5 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of cg77 Services, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, your date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration flow.

3.2 KYC Verification. cg77 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your cg77 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by cg77 within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically received within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cg77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. cg77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by cg77 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account will not be retroactively removed unless there is evidence of abuse or a technical error.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cg77 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

This license does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any cg77 content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on cg77 content; (c) reverse-engineer any cg77 software; or (d) use cg77 trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

9.1 cg77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 By registering a cg77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

9.3 cg77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.

11.3 cg77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cg77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Termination by cg77. cg77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) account inactivity; or (e) any other reason at cg77's sole discretion.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your cg77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the cg77 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

12.4 Forfeiture. If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, cg77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, without compensation.

13.1 Internal Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the cg77 Services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint to our compliance department by emailing the address listed in the footer of this page with the subject line "Formal Complaint." We will acknowledge escalated complaints within two (2) business days and provide a final resolution within fifteen (15) business days.

13.3 Regulatory Escalation. If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting cg77's internal complaint process, you may refer your complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or other applicable regulatory authority.

13.4 Time Limit. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

14.1 cg77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cg77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

14.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at cg77.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14.3 Your continued use of the cg77 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and cg77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
